Program Opening: The proposals for opening programs within the vocational schools in higher education institutions were examined at the Higher Education Executive Board meeting dated 06/07/2017 and; The Disabled Care and Rehabilitation Program was opened by making a decision pursuant to Article 7/d-2 of the Law No. 2547, amended by the Law No. 2880.
Recruitment of Students: The proposals of higher education institutions to open programs within the scope of vocational schools and to admit students to existing programs in the 2018-2019 academic year were examined at the General Assembly of Higher Education dated 17/05/2018, and the Law No. 2547 amended 7/d- Articles 2 and 7/h, Article 4 of the Law No. 3843 and Article 8 of the Regulation on Foreign Language Teaching and Teaching in a Foreign Language in Higher Education Institutions were decided and it was deemed appropriate to admit 60 students to the Disabled Care and Rehabilitation Program.
