Our program aims to train personnel who can do many activities related to the Veterinary field of studies such as animal feeding and rearing, culture and breeding pet animals, preventive vaccination, artificial insemination, to be able to make food and pathological analyzes in public and private laboratories affiliated to the Ministry of Food / Agriculture and Livestock, ability to combat the epidemic and parasitic diseases, assist the veterinarian in clinical examinations/operations. Briefly, the Laborant and Veterinary Health program aims to train technical staff equipped with theoretical and practical knowledge of animal health and laboratory.
During the education; the students take various lessens of Veterinary Anatomy, Etiology, Microbiology, and Epidemiology, Histology and Embryology, Physiology, Information and Communication Technology, Basic Mathematics, Atatürk's Principles and History of Revolution, Turkish Language, Foreign Language, Pharmacology, and Toxicology, Veterinary Laboratory Techniques, Biosafety, and Environmental Health, Animal Science and Animal Welfare, Veterinary Services Legislation and Ethics, Feed Information and Animal Nutrition, Biochemistry, Birth Information, and Artificial Insemination, Basic Herd Health Management, Foot Health in Farm Animals, Epidemic and Zoonotic Diseases, Basic Veterinary Pathology, Veterinary Vaccine Knowledge and Applications, Parasitic Diseases and Prevention, Breast Diseases and Milking Hygiene, Basic Clinical Knowledge, Basic Veterinary Radiology, Introduction to Veterinary Anesthesiology, Basic Principles of Food Safety
